Justin Metzler

Justin Metzler has over ten years of professional experience and graduated with his MBA and Master’s of Architecture degrees from Kent State University in 2007. After graduating, Justin worked as a Development Associate for a multi-family housing developer, Richland Communities, in their student housing division. While at Richland, Justin gained experience working directly with the owner and developer locating viable markets, assembling land, and assisting in the entitlement process.

Prior to attending Kent State University, Justin graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architecture. After graduating, he worked on a variety of residential and municipal projects from conception to completion.

In addition, Justin recently became a LEED Green Associate and is currently working to successfully complete the Architectural Registration Exams.
