The Columbus College of Art & Design has undergone many changes. The College has developed a new leadership style and technological advancements are requiring curriculum updates. Further, the faculty and staff now play a greater role in the capital process. To accommodate for these changes, CCAD selected Davis Wince, Ltd. to provide a facility evaluation and master plan. Phase I included the evaluation of existing facilities. We researched the current and future activity in each building. Our studies also included reviews of the construction and maintenance of each of these buildings. Phase II involved the preparation of the Campus Master Plan. We considered all campus functions, circulation patterns and plans for growth.
